# Open Paddock

> A neutral, free calendar of motorcycle track days in the United States, Canada and Mexico, read from the organisers' own published calendars. Open Paddock sells no tickets and takes no bookings: riders book on the organiser's website.

Coverage at the last build (2026-11-02): 271 upcoming days listed through 2027-12-11 (United States 244, Canada 27); 143 organisers (83 with calendars we read, 60 link only); 147 circuits, 38 with dates listed.

What it is:
- One date-ordered list of open track days, riding schools and club practice days, with the circuit, the organiser, the organiser's usual price tier and a link to book.
- Each day says where we read it (MotorsportReg.com API, the organiser's iCal feed, website calendar feed or schedule page) and when we last checked.
- "Race-weekend practice" days are practice days at a club race weekend, open to riders who aren't racing. They are marked as such and are not open track days.

What it isn't:
- Not a booking site, reseller or ranking. Nobody pays to be listed. Prices, groups, gear and tech rules are on the organiser's site.
- Not complete for organisers that publish no readable calendar. Those are listed as link only, without dates.

Updates: organiser calendars are re-read every 6 hours, the site is rebuilt from them every 6 hours, and API responses are cached for about 15 minutes.

Licence and credit: the data is CC BY 4.0. Credit it as "via Open Paddock (openpaddock.app)" and link the day's openpaddock.app page or the organiser's booking page. Days read from MotorsportReg.com carry `attribution: "Powered by MotorsportReg.com"`, which must be shown with them.
