About
A calendar, not a ticket office
Open Paddock lists motorcycle track days across North America in one place, so you can see the whole season before you pick a weekend. When you find a day, you book it with the organiser on their own site.
Neutral by design
We don't sell tickets, take a cut, or rank organisers. Nobody pays to be listed or to be listed higher. The season is sorted by date and nothing else. Price tiers come from the organiser's typical pricing, and we leave them off when we don't know.
Where the data comes from
Only from calendars organisers publish on purpose:
- the official MotorsportReg.com API, for organisers who register riders there;
- public iCal (ICS) feeds;
- public WordPress event-calendar feeds.
We never scrape pages. If an organiser doesn't publish a feed we can read, we list them with a link to their schedule and show no dates for them. Right now that's 83 of 143 organisers. Every organiser and event page says which source it came from and when we last checked it.
We don't have group levels, spots left or sold-out status, so we don't show them. Check the organiser's page before you book.
Corrections and removals
If something's wrong, or you run days and want your listing changed or taken down, tell us here or email hey@openpaddock.app. We act on every request, and removals come first. Once you ask to be removed, nothing about you is served by the site or the API.

Who's behind it
Built by the team behind Apex Lines, a track notebook for riders. Open Paddock is a separate, free project, and listing here has nothing to do with using Apex Lines.
